EMMAS provides support for operational messaging, resource supervision and management, geographical situation picture management, call taking and despatch, incident management, query and information support, mobile services, as well as scheduling and roster management.

Fire Services Location & Management Emergency System (FLAMES)

When unforeseen calamity strikes, public safety agencies must react fast. FLAMES equips public safety agencies with the latest technology to respond to emergencies within the fastest possible time. Distinctive features of FLAMES include computer-aided despatch, incident command and control, allocation of vehicles and planning of routes, general fire-services operations support, built-in training and exercise, systems and security administration, and systems life cycle technical support. Indeed, its realtime decision-support function has contributed to the winning of the US$56 millian TGMS contract with Hong Kong Fire Services Department in March 2001. FLAMES helps public safety agencies improve operational performance and productivity.

Integrated Surveillance Command Network (iSCAN)

iSCAN heightens the integration of information for effective centralised command and control. It features an integration of multiple electronic sensors such as radar, electro-optics and GPS locations that allows 24-hour centralised maintaining of activities in coastal waters and borders. Through its abilities of target tracking predication and advanced co-relation of information, iSCAN provides mobile surveillance for high activities areas and quick decision support in responding to suspicious illegal activities. ISCAN has built-in training functions and is designed with impeccable reliability. It is upgradable and expandable.

Intelligent Integrated System (i2s)

i2s is an integrated system that supports all phases of the work processes of Intelligence Agencies through management, presentation, and control of intelligence data.This facilitates further investigation, collections, operations, research and analysis. It also facilitates the creation of related linked intelligence information in modeling real world relationships and interactively displays them. It eliminates the manual process of bulk information processing of intelligence data, within and across cases and graphically present them to the user.

Police Resource Incident Management Executive System (PRIMES)

PRIMES is a total solution created to enable the Police Force to respond to critical situations efficiently and effectively. Powered by CAP, a high level of operational performance and two-fold productivity can be achieved. PRIMES enhances police operations in areas such as crisis contingency planning, special incidents planning, resource despatch and real-time incident orders and reports. PRIMES permits distribution of processes and coordination of operations, be it centralised orders from district offices or division headquaters. PRIMES supports the extensive coverage of the police activities of operations personnel in the field by integrating the concepts of remote sites, mobile command centres, data terminals and hand-held terminals.

Prison C2I

ST Electronics offers prisons worldwide a state-of-the-art Prison C2I (Command, Control & Intelligence) system to enhance prison security.
