Intelligent Building Management System
Automatic Carpark Management Systems
Autoparc is a new generation of carpark management systems that is designed and developed by ST Electronics. In terms of human-machine and interaction, Autoparc provides the operator with the necessary tools to manage a carpark in an efficient and systematic manner.
Comprehensive range of products are available for most carparking needs and may be configured with the following equipment.

Electronic Time Management Systems
CisClock is an electronic time management system with state-of-the-art technology. It allows organisations to monitor employees' movements through generation of management reports thus improving productivity.
By automating routine processes such as payroll, overtime, allowances, bonuses, etc, CisClock helps to eliminate unpleaseant and tedious tasks of recording, verification and manual input of individual employee data into the payroll system.
CisClock provides timely and accurate data for payroll calculations ensuring data integrity and security as there is no more human transcription error storing up to 5000 employees' records for numeric or alpha-numeric badges.

Intelligent Access Control Systems
ASCON ST800 is a cost effective and intelligent card access control system designed for small to medium size offices. System configuration is flexible and simple. A standalone card reader installed at the main door allows employees access to the office. For larger premises, a network of card readers may be positioned across several rooms and floors. All these Card Access Units (CAU) can be centrally monitored virtually anywhere in the world via remote access.

Intelligent Building Management Systems
Building owners, occupants and property managers have conflicting building needs. Owners demand maximum rental revenues. Occupants demand a conducive working environment at minimal cost whilst property managers are conscious of operating costs overrun. The ST8800 Unizon Intelligent Building Management System is designed to meet all these needs. By integrating computer, control and communication technologies, ST8800 Unizon offers a very unique solution to manage building needs. This solution comprises three major functions:
- Operation and Maintenance Management
- Tenant Services Management
- Property Management

Intelligent School
Intelligent School (I-School) is about leveraging technology and making it work to improve efficiency and communication in schools. It is about working smarter instead of harder. It is being more effective and providing a quality education making schools more about education than about administration. It frees teachers to inspire and guide students to perform better, opening up the lines of communication between schools and parents. It is about making things better for anyone and everyone.

License Plate Recognition Systems
ST300 Snap n' go is a license plate recognition management system that captures the license plate of the vehicle, allowing the barrier to lift for identified season parking users to enter. No more hassles and lost passes, just an intelligent parking system that provides a more pleasant parking experience for vehicle owners.
Designed to manage season parking in buildings such as offices, condominiums, factories country clubs, etc, the system comprises 2 modules, namely GLARE (Generic License-plate Automatic Recognition Engine) and e-link. GLARE is an Artificial Intelligence based image recognition system that utilises the proven Artificial Neural Network Algorithm to recognise license plates and e-link is a database software application.
Besides allowing the season parking user to enter with ease, visitors may also be pre-registered through the internet or intranet, allowing them to gain access without being stopped by the security officer.
To further enhance the image of the premises, a LED display board can be located at the entrance of the carpark displaying a welcome message and the name of the vehicle owner. Alternatively, it may display the captured license plate number and provide relevant instructions.
Snap n' go comprises a user-friendly graphical display and is used to control and monitor all car park entries and exits. It contains the main car park management software, database structure and car park system configuration. The system is managed by the property management and allows them to view information and status without physically making a trip down to the car park.

Under Vehicle Surveillance Systems
uScanteq is a video image processing system specially designed for security professionals to scrutinise the undercarriage of all types of vehicles. The system provides a fast and effective means for security officers to examine moving vehicles without disrupting traffic flow.
uScanteq comprises a Ramp Scan Unit and a Processing Station. The Ramp Scan Unit consists of a weatherproof enclosure with built-in cameras and LED lights. The unit scans the width of any vehicle and is able to withstand the weight of a 30-tonne vehicle.
Upon activation, the image capturing process begins and the video signal is transmitted to the Processing Station instantaneously.
The Processing Station is a Pentium based computer and allows for easy viewing, recording and management of the video images. A complete undercarriage image may be displayed on the screen to allow security officers to conduct a rapid and detailed examination of the vehicle.
Automatic licence plate recognition software can be incorporated to obtain the vehicle's registration as an option. The image of the driver may be captured and the facial comparison engine will be used to detect any change of drivers.
uScanteq is user-friendly and requires minimal operator training. The effective and efficient system enables security officers to conduct quick and thorough inspection before vehicles enter the premises.
