iDirect Relocates European Office
To Better Serve Customers

Herndon, Va., February 9, 2010 — Singapore Technologies Electronics Limited’s (ST Electronics) related US satellite communication company, VT iDirect, Inc. (iDirect), today announced the opening of its new Europe office, located in Eton, United Kingdom (UK). The new location replaces iDirect’s Slough, UK office and offers better facilities for training, sales and engineering. iDirect is a world leader in satellite-based IP communications technology.

As iDirect continues to expand its presence across EMEA, the new UK office will concentrate on providing the best possible customer experience to the European region. The Eton office will host a variety of support-related courses designed to offer service providers with the highest possible return from their investment in iDirect hardware and software. iDirect currently offers 12 training sessions per year in Europe, including the basic iDirect Operation and Maintenance course and the Group Quality of Service Boot Camp among other custom courses taught across the globe.

The opening of our new UK office represents a critical phase of iDirect’s global development. With a facility that’s exclusively dedicated to Europe, our operations and sales teams can focus on how best to serve local customers with courses and support that are tailored to their needs.

iDirect will host an invitation-only open house event at its new UK location on February 24, 2010. The facility is located at 119-120 High Street, Eton, Berkshire, SL4 6AN UK.
