ST Electronics' US Satcom Company Named One Of The Ten Fastest Growing Companies In The Washington DC Metropolitan

Singapore, 8 November 2006 — Singapore Technologies Electronics Limited (ST Electronics) today announced that its US satellite communications company, iDirect Technologies Inc (iDirect), was recognised by the Washington Business Journal as one of the fastest growing companies in the DC area. The Washington Business Journal is the premier publication for Washington DC based business. The award was given at a ceremony on 17 October in Washington DC. Rankings are based on the percentage revenue growth over three years from 2003 - 2005. In this time period iDirect achieved average annual revenue growth of 113.8%.
