Long Range Acoustic Device (LRAD)
 The LRAD is a long-range hailing and warning device with directed acoustic designed to communicate with exceptionally high clarity. It provides clear, authoritative verbal communication critical to effective crowd control, whether it is for an outdoor public event, a natural or security emergency, an access checkpoint, or a transportation terminal. It is also critical to effective intervention, especially when terrain or access issues limit non-lethal response to border security breaches.
