Through Vision Technologies Systems Inc., ST Electronics acquired iDirect Inc. in 2005. iDirect is a leading supplier of two-way internet protocol based broadband satellite networking solutions with a customer base of over 100 companies in the telecommunications services, oil and gas, construction and marine industries, as well as government agencies. This provides the Group with an end-to-end communications solution for its customers. With combined synergies of global presence, proven and reliable technical support capabilities, all our customers are assured of comprehensive and robust broadband satellite network solutions.

ST Electronics (Satcom & Sensor Systems) Pte Ltd (formerly known as Agilis Communication Technologies Pte Ltd) is a leading supplier of microwave transceiver products for application in Very Small Aperture Terminals (VSATs). Together with iDirect Inc of the US, it offers end to end satcom solutions. Its customers, spans some 60 countries worldwide and include telecommunications service providers, corporate enterprises, financial institutions, government agencies as well as the oil-and-gas industry. With its innovative products and solutions, the company enables its valuable customers to provide high quality and value-added service to their end-users.
ST Electronics (Info-Comm Systems) Pte Ltd (formerly known as CET Technologies Pte Ltd) has, over the past two decades, built upon extensive experience and skills to become a leading solutions house in the Asia Pacific region for ICT and e-Government, communications, electronics and intelligent transportation businesses. It has vertically integrated the processes of design development, production, system integration, maintenance and system enhancement to be a one-stop solution house for its customers. ST Electronics (Info-Software Systems) Pte Ltd (formerly known as SES Systems Pte Ltd) began operations in 1986 and has since emerged as the leading systems house in the region for mobile real-time decision support systems. A key C2I (Command, Control & Intelligence) solutions provider, the company focuses primarily on providing superior defence C2I applications, homeland security systems and enterprise solutions to both civil and defence customers worldwide. ST Electronics (Training & Simulation Systems) Pte Ltd (formerly known as ST Training & Simulation Pte Ltd) offers expertise in providing one-stop solutions, from software applications and development of new innovative training systems to providing maintenance and upgrade of legacy training systems. With over two decades of experience, it has established itself as a recognised leader with expertise in both the military and commercial sectors. The company strives to provide its solutions to customers in the Asia Pacific region with a product range that includes Fixed Wing, Rotary Wing, Ground and Commercial Simulators and instrumented solutions for aircraft, naval ships and ground forces. Its HLA-compliant simulators and instrumented products allow for joint air, land and sea training. STELOP Pte Ltd (formerly known as Chartered Electro-Optics Pte Ltd) is a subsidiary and the electro-optics (EO) arm of Singapore Technologies Electronics. STELOP is a joint-venture between ST Electronics (50.05%) and Electro Optics International B.V.(49.95%). It was established in 1994 and has become a leading EO application solutions provider in the local and regional markets. STELOP’s technical capabilities in EO technologies are used in applications such as thermal imaging, long-range surveillance, range finders, thermal vision for fire fighters and night security surveillance for petrochemical complexes.
